Q. Am I eligible for a rebate?

A. In order to get a rebate fulfilled from RebateGift, you would have to be a customer of a partnering merchant company, and qualify through their specific rebate requirements. Customers inquiry about a rebate that have not setup service through a partnering company, or do not qualify under the partners requirements, will not be eligible.

Q. How long do I have to redeem my rebate?

A. All rebate requests must be completely submitted, including mailing of second month’s bill, within 90 days of installation of service to be eligible.

Q. Am I eligible for more than one rebate?

A. Only one rebate, per customer, per provider, is permitted. Any duplicate account numbers submitted will be discarded.

Q. What do I do if my gift card is lost or I need a replacement?

A. If your gift card is lost or needs to be replaced for any reason, there will be a nominal reissuing fee of $5.44 that will be removed from the balance of the card. Gift cards that are produced and shipped expire within six (6) months of their issuing date. After that date, rebate customers will not, under any circumstances, be reissued a card.

Q. How long does it take to receive my discount?

A. Typically gift card fulfillment takes 4-6 weeks to ensure customer installation of service and customer does not disconnect their home service.

Q. I’ve received my gift card, what do I do now?

A. In order to protect against fraud, your gift card does not deliver as “active.” To use your gift card you must call the number provided when it is delivered – or visit the corresponding webpage – and activate your card using the 4-digit activation code provided.

Q. Where can my gift card be used?

A. Your gift card can be used at any merchant location that accepts Visa® Debit Cards. The only locations your gift card cannot be used is at online casino sites, money gram services such as Western Union, PayPal accounts, adult websites, and for repeating bill payments.

Q. Do I need a PIN?

A. Your gift card does NOT require a PIN. If you find the merchant is requesting a PIN the merchant ran the card through incorrectly as a debit transaction. Please inform the merchant to run your gift card through as if it was a credit card and this will eliminate the request for a PIN.

Q. How do I check the balance of my card?

A. You can easily check your balance anytime by calling our toll free number (1-877-944-3822) that is provided on the back of the gift card. Tracking your purchases and returns will help you remember the gift card balance. The merchant cannot tell you how much money you have remaining on the gift card. Knowing your balance before you shop will help assure that your gift card is accepted.

Q. Can I use my gift card at the gas pump?

A. When using you gift card at a gas station, it's best to take the card inside and see the attendant. The final amount of your gas purchase is unknown at the time you swipe your card - the gas pump automatically places a $50-$75 authorization hold on the card in order to anticipate your final purchase amount. The actual price will be finalized and any unused funds will be added back to your card in 3-5 business days.

Q. What about using my gift card at restaurants, hotels and salons?

A. Some restaurants, hotels and salons credit card machines are designed to accommodate gratuity. Since the standard gratuity is 20%, their terminals automatically preauthorize for the total bill plus the gratuity whether you put the tip on the card or not. If the amount you have on the card is very close to the amount of the bill, your gift card may be declined.

Q. Is there an expiration date for my gift card?

A. Your gift card expires on the last day of the expiration month printed on the front of the card.
